In order for the church to usher in the greatest awakening revival the earth has ever seen, we must know the challenge ahead of us. America’s only hope is: to come to the knowledge that Jesus Christ is God in the flesh and is the promised Messiah sent from Heaven to save the world. In previous lessons we have seen the Scriptures which show that Jesus was born by a virgin, conceived by the Holy Ghost, and born 100% God in Spirit. It is a confused fable some have taught that the Holy Spirit descended down on Jesus for the first time when He was baptized in water by John the Baptist. The events that happened at His baptism were to show and convince the world around Him that He was the Son of God. He was born full of the Holy Spirit; to recap just a little:

Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost. (Matthew 1:18)

An Angel appeared to Joseph saying:

And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name

JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. (Matthew 1: 18, 21-23)

Other religions have grown in America by leaps in the past 25 years partly because of the vast number of immigrants who have flooded our country bringing with them their religions of other gods. While Christianity has been declining and some of its churches have been closing, these other religions continue to influence our youth.

Back in 2001, a client handed me a newspaper for my reference material while I was writing my first book. It contained this ten year survey which is worth repeating. The USA Today newspaper, December 24, 2001, reported:

While Christianity fell by 8%, the percentage of growth in these non- Christian religions from 1990- 2001 has unbelievably grown and was mostly our youth:

Muslim up 110% = 95% was youth

Buddhist up 170 % = 95% was youth

Hindu up 237% =96% was youth

Unitarian up 25% = 97% youth

Wiccan (Witchcraft) up 1,575% = 99% youth

No religion or atheist, agnostic, humanist and secular up 106% = 86% youth.

This survey shows the decline in Christianity and the huge growth pattern of non- Christian religions. And this was 14 years ago! The growth in Witchcraft is simply astonishing!

These young adults are now teaching our children in high schools and colleges,; as well as directing the children and teen shows on the Disney T.V. channel, as well as the child’s coloring books because they are full of Witchcraft. Satan is as sneaky as a snake, ever so slyly; he little by little influences the thinking and philosophy of our children and teens.

I wish I could report that these numbers had reversed; but the truth is, they have continue to grow in the same direction, and will until the Church bursts forth into the will and purpose of God on this earth, doing His Great Commission. I do believe this generation and people of all ages are NOW hungery for Truth and a real move of the authentic POWER and move of God.

This generation must know that Jesus was and is and will always be God. He said to John at the beginning of John’s vision in the book of Revelations:

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the

Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. (Revelation 1:8)

Jesus is and was and is to come. Jesus said, “The volume of the book is written about me.”

The Old Testament prophesied about Jesus; and He found Himself in the Scriptures and taught from them:

Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou

opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required.

Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me, (Psalms 40:6-7)

Notice , this Scripture said; burnt offerings, God did not require. Then what required them? It was the Law of Sin and Death that required punishment to pay for sin. As you have seen in previous lessons, this law was created by Lucifer when he sinned and turned God’s first Love law and covenant of LOVE (The Law of Free Will and Sowing and Reaping). Because God’s Word and covenant cannot change once spoken, Lucifer and all who sin must reap their sin. God can’t enforce this law of wrath and judgment, because Jesus came with the TRUTH that the Old Testament Authors did not know, because the spirit of God was not joined to their spirit to reveal understanding. Jesus said, “The Father judgeth NO man, neither did I come to judge man, but I came to judge the prince of this earth.”

Some Bible Institutes teach that the wrath of God judges man; but they are teaching from the Old Testament under the paradigm of Moses, and could not have read the following words of Jesus. This is why they teach that as God judges, and puts sickness, even death and the tragedies of life on people to teach them lessons, or to test them. Wrong, that is a fable in our Christianity that has stolen multitudes of souls; running people away from the God of Jesus Christ as well as stealing God’s gifts and miracles on this Earth. The Words and teachings of Jesus are:

"For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: That all men should honour the Son even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him." (John 5:22- 23)

" Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: Of sin, because they believe not on me; Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged." (John 16:7-11)

Today, Lucifer and his demonic fallen angels are enforcing this law unless we are covered by the protection of God, by receiving Jesus Christ and what He did at Calvary. In the Old Testament before Jesus came, God gave Moses instructions for the death of animals to sacrifice to this Law of Sin and Death which protected all who kept them from having to reap their sin on earth, but it did not save them for eternity.

Authors of the New Testament record the teachings of Jesus:

In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.

Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,)

to do thy will, O God. (Hebrew 10:6-7)

Genesis-------------------------------àJesus <----------------------------------Revelation

Now can you see that Jesus was God’s Word in Heaven before He came to this Earth and received a physical body? Now Jesus is sitting at the right hand of Father Deity clothed in His new resurrected body of “flesh and bone”, expecting (waiting) until His enemies are made His footstool.

Why do you think the Holy Spirit could not come to the Earth until Jesus took His place back in Heaven?

Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I

go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you;

but if I depart, I will send him unto you. (John 16:7)

I think: Just as God (Deity in Heaven the Father) stayed at the throne while His Word came out from Him and became flesh, Jesus had to physically go back sit at Heaven’s throne before His Spirit could come out from Himself and join to the heart of all who will receive Him as Lord and Savior. As we saw in last week’s lesson, it is because of the precious Blood Jesus shed for us that the Spirit of Deity now cleanses us from sin. (To be continued next Monday).
